As with most fine things, chocolate has its season. It always starts small so I started this as a hobby from home and I outgrew it quickly...to big a hobby to do part time and took over the house for a while. Sorry I haven't updated the blog in some time; what I lack in techy skills I make up in truffles though! The best thing one can do for yourself is to have your career be something you are passionate about. Throw practicality out the window no matter how scarey that may seem at the time. Quality of life is much more important. Just food for thought...so to speak. Feel free to ask away, I am an open book and am glad to share.
